Getestet #1 · full-period historical test
Opening Range Breakout on EURUSD
I froze one simple rule set before the run. This page shows what the actual HolaPrime MT5 Strategy Tester recorded over twelve months, and where the evidence stops.

Free Strategy Rule Check →The verdict
The three checked rule cases match the exported bars and deals. The historical result is recorded below. A verdict against a specific prop challenge remains inconclusive because the full-year server-clock mapping and account programme were not established.
Rules fixed before the run
- 01EURUSD on M15. Build the 09:00–09:30 opening range from completed bars, using MT5 server wall time.
- 02Enter only after a later completed bar closes outside that range. At most one entry per server day.
- 03Risk 1% per trade, target twice the entry-to-stop distance, and flatten the strategy's own position at 17:00 server time.
The run and its costs
The frozen window was 1 September 2025 to 1 September 2026, end exclusive, on HolaPrime-Server1. The Strategy Tester used one-minute OHLC generated ticks from historical broker bars. These were not recorded real ticks. Starting balance was USD 10,000. The deal export includes commission and swap; the total below is after those recorded costs.

Three rule-fidelity checks
- 2025.09.01 09:45:00 SERVEREntry: a completed bar broke above the frozen range and the tester recorded the BUY with its stop and 2R target.
- 2026.08.31 09:45:00 SERVERNon-signal: the next completed bar stayed inside the range, and there was no entry at that time.
- 2026.08.31 17:00:00 SERVERExit: at the server-session end, the tester closed its own open position.
Prop-rule check: inconclusive
HolaPrime publishes a daily-loss reset at 17:00 EST server time. The exported MT5 timestamps are server wall time, and the run does not establish how that clock mapped to EST/UTC throughout the year. No specific challenge account programme was frozen for this public example. I therefore do not label any day a prop-rule pass or breach.
What this test does not show
A backtest cannot predict live fills, slippage, broker differences or future returns. This was one fixed strategy on one feed and a generated-tick model. The per-tick equity export is best-effort. The report's internal gross-win/loss allocation cannot be reproduced from the deal columns alone, so the audited summary uses reconciled net figures instead.
